Bultaco Sherpa T 250 M27

The success achieved with the launch of the first Sherpa T inspired Bultaco to continue to rapidly develop the model. If one takes into account that this model was the first big scale production motorcycle used exclusively for trials competition, it is remarkable that it was able to make the discipline internationally popular. Until then it had been dominated by British bikes and riders.
The most important development in this model was the incorporation of the engine known as “San Antonio 2” which had five gears instead of four on the previous model. This bike, now known as “San Antonio” represents hardly any important changes in its chassis compared to the original Sherpa T, and was a transitional step towards more sophisticated models.
